This is a physician monitored
program that teaches you how to eat real foods in proper combinations to lose weight

This is real science that restores your body to real health.
Phase 1 is the Ultra Lite™
program where men on average lose on average from 20 to 30 lbs. in the first 5 week
period. Women under age 50 lose on
average from 13 to 22 lbs., based on a 10,000 participant study. Almost one million people already have reached their ideal
weight on this program.
This is a mild ketogenic program in order monitor body fat loss and retain lean muscle mass to increase your metabolic level once you have completed the weight loss program.
Phase 2 is the
Weight Loss For Life™ program. The
first phase is an elimination diet coupled with real science and eating real
foods. The second phase teaches you
how to add back in the ‘starchy’ foods without gaining back the weight.

Much
of the money being spent for weight loss is for ” hype” that businesses
promote trying to make money from people desperate to lose weight. Most people
do not understand the issues associated with healthy and sustainable weight
loss.
Even though many people know that diets don’t work, half the population is on
a diet at one point or another. The obvious question is: Is there a solution
that works and is sustainable?
Fortunately, the answer is yes; however it is not a magic pill, shake or bar
that will give people life long weight loss. There are 4 fundamental issues that
people need to address if they are to sustain weight loss over time.
The
calorie-burning engine of the body is the lean muscle. Consequently, the
cardinal rule of any weight loss program is to protect lean muscle in the
process. The amount of water, fat, or muscle lost as people lose weight can
easily be measured and monitored.
Consequently, whether the excess weight to be lost is 10 pounds or 100 pounds it
must be accomplished in a way that protects the lean muscle of the body.
However, the greater the weight loss objectives, the longer it will take,
therefore the program must also ensure that people do not experience low energy,
hunger, mood swings and cravings while they are losing significant weight.
The process of losing weight should also be educational one so that people
realize the type of relationship they need to have with the foods they eat. Too
many people don’t know the difference between a good carb and a bad one and
think all they need to do to keep the weight off is eat low fat. Furthermore,
understanding the importance of proper food combining, portion sizing, the foods
that someone with weight problems should probably avoid, and good snacking foods
are crucial educational elements needed for weight loss to be successful over
time.
Even
after people are able to lose weight successfully without losing muscle mass,
there are health conditions that can potentially impede or stop them from having
lifelong weight loss success. Some of the more important health conditions that
can impact the body’s ability to maintain ideal weight status include: yeast
infection, liver, gallbladder and kidney problems, thyroid dysfunction, food
allergies, biochemical and emotional imbalances, and others.
Similar
to health conditions, people’s lifestyle and habits can also impact the
body’s ability to maintain healthy weight. Lifestyles change with time. People
get new jobs, get married, have children, and move to a different part of the
country. It is important to understand how these changes can affect eating and
living habits and stops a person from maintaining a lifetime of weight loss
success. Some examples of these habits are: the number of steps taken per day,
whether we eat breakfast and what we eat, the importance of sweat, stress,
healthy snacking and meal replacements. These important ones can play a key role
in sustaining lifetime weight loss.
Most established weight loss programs do not address all the elements needed for
long-term success. In fact, most studies of people who have been on these kinds
of programs have shown they regain the weight within 12 months of getting off
the program. Many weight loss companies do not even address any of the four
issues mentioned here. All they are concerned with is getting people to lose
weight – whether it is fat, muscle or just water does not seem to be
important.
To address all the topics we have described is time consuming and requires a
trained healthcare practitioner who understands the multitude of issues that
people can face as they attempt to lose weight in a healthy manner. Finally,
people need to get educated about the food they eat, and their own body to
sustain a lifetime of weight loss.
There are three aspects to
Tranformations’ 3 steps to weightlossforlife program.
-
Lose weight where you don’t
lose muscle mass.
-
Learn how to have a healthy
relationship with food so you don’t regain the weight.
-
Address the health and lifestyle
issues that can stop you from having lifetime success.
More
than 500 hundred of thousand people have lost weight using this system in a
healthy, safe and effective manner. Furthermore, it is the fastest growing
international network of doctor supervised weight loss centers that are
healthcare practitioner centric and administered.
The beauty of the program is its simplicity and the fact that it is basic
biochemistry. People are shown how to get their body to burn fat for fuel during
the first step. Once they get to their ideal weight they are shown how to
maintain that ideal state. They receive a system for eating all the heavy,
starchy foods in a way that the weight is not regained. Finally, a trained and
licensed healthcare practitioner evaluates 9 potential health condition and 9
lifestyles that over time can stop a person from staying at their ideal weight.
There is no reason it cannot work for everyone since it works according to the
biochemistry of the body.
The
greatest gift of health people can give themselves and their loved ones is a
system that will get them to their ideal weight and in the process show them how
to have a healthy relationship with the food they eat so that they can maintain
their ideal weight for life. This by itself could clear up many health
challenges people face today.
100 years ago less than 1 in 50 people developed cancer; today it is 1 in 3. To
make matters worse even though billions of dollars have been spent over the past
few decades, we do not have a cure for cancer. However, it is much easier to
prevent cancer from happening than trying to control it once it develops into a
tumor and spreads throughout the body. The impact of full-blown cancer and its
consequences to life and one’s family is devastating. Your weight and what you
eat has the greatest impact on your body’s ability to mount a strong first
line of defense.
Many
studies being published on cancer, heart disease and diabetes are showing the
negative impact of being overweight and obese on these diseases, not to mention
many other health conditions associated with being over weight. It is no wonder
that, as a nation, we spend more money on people’s health than any other
industrialized country, but have many more chronically sick people in
comparison.
It is our belief that if people were able to get to their ideal weight and
maintain it over time, while having a healthy relationship with the food they
eat, they would be giving themselves the greatest gift of health. Many of the
health problems they are experiencing would go away, allowing their body to
effectively function and allowing the process of healing to take place.
